Varun Gandhi busted for hating the wrong people

Varun Gandhi gets busted for "hate" speech. The sickoolar parties, the bhaiyyas, behnjis and heck even the commies are on his case. One would have thought that with a lineage as illustrious as his own, he would know the only people who should be hated are the evil Hindoos.

Verdict - Guilty of hating the wrong people. Gee dude, if youve gotta hate, you must hate the Hindoos.

Of course he is in good company this being no worse than Omar Abdullah screaming that KAshmir is for Kashmiris and will not let any other Indians take even an inch of it ,while justifying the violence against Hindu pilgrims in Kashmir or the allegation made in the aftermath of Mumbai that it was the Hindus who have done it.

dude, lets be clear here.

If what they say Varun Gandhi said is true.... he is really sick. I am a Hindu too, and i know all these Congress, SP and BSP are sick and they want only muslim votes. But hating people of other religion is not part of my Hindu tradition. I just can't do that.

What Omar Abdullah said is tptally different issue on similar lines, lets not mix them and flare up the already sensitive communal story. Its not fair to India.

I guess you are right, nay I know you are right. How can anyone hate those loving , affectionate, caring and oh! so peaceloving muslims. There religion is all but talks of peace and peaceful co existence. They even write about it that once all infidels are terrorised and leave their faith by adopting theirs then there will be everlasting peace. So you see they are just killing for peace. On the other hand we are fighting to survive, that too in a world that screams at even a mention of hindu word. We are like scum of earth, meant to be obliterated or washed away. Christians , muslims all are just doing a god's work. So the one to be hated are US not OTHERS. YOu are right but with blood and legacy of Sanjay Gandhi Varun will of course make these mistakes. After all being a proud HINDU is a genetic problem he shares with his father and his grand mother and well it sort of runs in family, as Nehru was also a proud HINDU.

Mr. Paddy:

There is never any justification for incendiary hate speech, but what is not fair to India is two entirely different yardsticks for judging what Varun Gandhi said and what Omar Abdullah and his father have blathered in broad daylight time and time again to where the former is labeled a communalist and the latter two are conferred with the title of secularist.

When the Valley Muslims in Kashmir jump up and down on the streets with the slogan of 'Chheen ke lenge' in a protest over land grant to a MINORITY in the state, the rest of India or at least the Hindus in India are supposed to suck it up. However, Kashmiri muslims after having driven Kashmiri hindus away from the land who have been natives of that land long before Islam got to the valley get to be angry over Varun's comments and every one should be worried about pacifying them.

The latest is - Omar Abdullah is conveniently shifting blame for the worsening situation in Kashmir during the UPA reign at the center and his own control in Kashmir on to BJP and their supposed harrassment of 'minority' in Jammu, when it was actually the reduction in militancy with efforts by the NDA administration under Vajpayee that made it possible for him to be in charge of the fiefdom called Kashmir, Nehru created for Omar Abdullah's grandfather. These people (and I don’t mean muslims at large, I mean the so called secularists) accept no responsibility for the damage they have done to Indian society in dancing to the tune of Islamic fundamentalism for ‘kursi’.

What is not fair to India is this apologist attitude which only calls a spade a spade based on the spade's religious persuasion being Hindu. Anybody questioning similar transgressions by the likes of Omar Abdullah is a communalist, with liberals pushing it under the carpet as different issue. It is not a different issue. If there are black kettles calling the pot black, people in the middle should be able to have the courage to say you are BOTH black, and not gloss over the kettles blackness while not just acknowledging but magnifying the blackness of the pot.
