Vijay Mallya - I acted on my own

Mallya's shocker: I bid on my own

“I bid independently... I wanted to get back the items to the country... I am not sure if anyone was aware that I was bidding,” chairman of the United Breweries Group said.

“I don’t know what Ambika Soni has said but I acted on my own,” Mallya said.

If this is true, all the talk about the government trying to stop the auction is hot gas!
Kudos to Vijay Mallya for this generosity.

It is good that we got the belongings of Mahatma's belongings back.
And congress is now desperately looking every bit to get anything which can be added in their election campaign. Good is that Mallya has exposed the truth.
But one thing worries is that doesn't Mallya's money devalued Gandhi's belongings. Because the money is from the liquor business which Gandhi was strongly against.
Anyhow what happened is happened and at least it never went to outsiders because of our government's in-activeness.
